Damages

Please check your order carefully on the day of arrival that if there are any signs of damage.

If you noticed any damages during transit, please take a photo of the damaged items and email them to support@tilesharbour.co.uk signed as "Damaged on Arrival” with your order reference number within 3 days of your goods arriving.

If the orders are signed for as in “good condition "and later found that the goods are damaged, and that damage was caused in transit then we cannot demand against the transporter, and we will not be able to replace the damaged goods “free of costs”.
